An established City of Ojai neighborhood known for mid-century ranch homes, sidewalks, mountain views and easy access to the Ojai Valley Trail, Ojai Meadows and downtown Ojai. I lived in Ojai Terrace for nearly a decade.

Taormina

A small historic district tucked into the hillside near Krotona, known for distinctive cottage-style homes, mature trees, mountain views and its circular private road.
