Meet Ainsley
Ainsley got her start in real estate in 2004 while attending UCSB and working as a weekend receptionist at a local brokerage. After graduation, life took her to Portland, Oregon, where she became a licensed real estate broker and quickly climbed the ladder in property management. During her tenure, she managed a wide range of properties, from planned unit developments and commercial buildings to multifamily communities and high-rise condominiums.
When Ainsley and her husband returned to California to start their family, she left a 700-unit portfolio in Oregon and Washington to focus on raising their first child, while continuing to manage her own investment property. Ultimately, stepping away from the industry made it clear how much she missed the pace, the people, and the satisfaction of helping others make meaningful moves.
Since earning her California salesperson license in 2019, Ainsley has been passionately helping clients achieve their real estate goals, guiding each one with comfort, clarity, and confidence. She believes that every move, whether buying or selling, should feel grounded and supported from start to finish.
In her free time, you’ll find Ainsley swimming with her family, tending her Ojai garden, or biking the Ojai Valley Trail. An avid gardener, she keeps chickens and grows a vibrant mix of organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and drought-tolerant ornamentals in her Ojai garden.
